Radina Talanova manages product development at L2BEAT, a research and analytics company focused on L2 scaling solutions. Over the past 4 years, she has been actively building in the blockchain space, working on a diverse range of projects, including infrastructure, tools, dApps, and DAOs.
Koen has been working in Web3 since 2021 and has contributed to several infrastructure projects as a software and DevOps engineer. Currently, he’s running the infrastructure of ZKV, a Proof of Stake validator with a mission to support projects transforming the world through ZKPs.

A seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in blockchain and Web3. Rosen has worked on all aspects of blockchain development, from core engineering to smart contracts, Web3 apps, and backend integrations. As blockchain division lead and co-owner at Encorp.io, a blockchain and fintech-specialized agency, he plays a key role in both the technical and business aspects.
Mihail Milanov is the main crypto analyst for Investclub which is the largest online provider for crypto analysis and educational content in Bulgaria. Mihail has a degree in business and economics from Amsterdam University and since 2016 has been deeply involved in the crypto ecosystem.
Dimitar Damyanov, PhD in Economics (2016), is an assistant professor at the Economics Department of the University of National and World Economy since 2017. He lectures in microeconomics, macroeconomics, and economic theory. He has specialized in Romania and Russia and has completed training at UNCTAD and Charles University. He has taught at universities in Slovakia, Kazakhstan, and Vietnam. His research interests include household consumption and savings. He is the author of over 40 publications.

He has executed projects for the European Commission, and the Dutch government, and has participated in the Techstars program. Emiliyan Enev advocates for the use of decentralized technologies as a means to achieve transparency, integrity, and public good. His latest product is DataPond - a platform for on-chain tracking and monetizing data used by AI agents.
Marco currently contributes to zkVerify, a modular zero-knowledge proof verification chain aimed at democratizing the adoption of ZK proofs. zkVerify supports a wide range of proof schemes and reduces verification costs by more than 90% compared to native EVM verification. Marco's technical background and multi-year experience in the space enable him to drive the adoption and understanding of ZK tech and its broader implications on privacy, scalability, and beyond.
Dr Petkan Iliev is part of the Economics department at Bulgaria’s University of National and World Economy (UNWE) and one of the people behind the world’s first Masters program in Cryptoeconomics. Petkan’s scientific interests spread across tax policy, competition protection, digital economics, cryptoeconomics, tokenomics, etc.
